Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and as needed administrative support to executive team based at corporate headquarters.
- Daily telephone support for executives, conveying extreme professionalism in all communication with corporate executives, management, associates and clientele.
- Superior knowledge of MS Word; ability to generate correspondence from transcribed notes and dictation methods.
- Superior knowledge of Outlook and its organizational capabilities in creating reminders, meeting invites, appointments and calendars.
- Solid knowledge and comfort level creating PowerPoint presentations preferred.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, high growth environment.
- Effective management of all details involved in coordinating meetings, business luncheons, dinner engagements, etc.
- Excellent hospitality skills and professionalism in dealing with senior executives and high-end clientele is a must; willingness to coordinate catering details with outside restaurants and provide food and beverage arrangements on a regular basis for executive, client and vendor meetings.
- Effective communication and follow-through in working with outside agencies and vendors.
- Willingness to perform general errands outside of the office for busy, traveling executives on as needed basis.
- Must have experience managing highly confidential information with tremendous care and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Must make long-term commitment to supporting C-level Executives.
- 3-5 years providing a wide array of executive administrative assistance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent certification in a professional/accredited executive administration program.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 50wpm with 100% accuracy desired.
- Ability to work independently and also within a close team in a rapid, fast-paced environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and desire and ability to perform outside errands as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this position, as are strong organizational and documentation skills.
