The Sovereign Deed Preparedness Assessment includes the evaluation of any existing response plan, specific to how and where the Member lives and works. The assessment includes an on-site analysis of the ability of relevant physical structures to withstand various types of catastrophic events. Each structure is also evaluated in terms of its potential to serve as a long-term shelter. Risks are identified, and solutions are proposed and pursued.
